AFTERCARE ADVICE
After your treatment, its advised that you:

1. Stay Hydrated
Massage encourages circulation and lymphatic flow, which can help your body release toxins and tension. Drinking water afterwards helps flush these out and keeps your muscles hydrated and happy.
2. Take It Easy
Give your body time to rest and absorb the benefits of your treatment. If possible, avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. Listen to your body — if it’s asking for rest, honour that.
3. Tune In
Some people feel energised after massage, others feel sleepy or emotional — all are normal. Pay attention to how you feel physically and emotionally, and be kind to yourself in the hours that follow.
4. Gentle Movement
The next day, if you're feeling a little stiff or tender, gentle stretching or a walk can help keep everything flowing. Avoid overdoing it and allow your body to adjust naturally.
